Shipping Information:

At Divine Dealz, we want to ensure your shopping experience is smooth and your products arrive on time and in perfect condition.

Order Processing: We will begin processing your order once payment has been received. After your order and payment are confirmed, please allow 3-4 business days for processing and preparing your items for shipment. During periods of high order volume, this may take 7-10 business days. Rest assured, we will keep you updated throughout the process. Processing times may vary depending on our current order volume.

Please note that all genuine leather goods can take upto 2 weeks after payment has been confirmed in our bank account, as these items are mostly manufactured on order.

Personalized bulk orders can take upto 7-12 business days to get ready for shipment after payment is confirmed in our bank account.

Shipping Times: After your order is processed, we will provide you with a tracking number. The courier can take up to 4 business days for delivery, depending on the location.

Special Event Orders: If your order is for a special event, we recommend placing your order at least 2 weeks in advance to avoid potential delays, including courier delays or stock availability issues.

Packaging: We take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. We use bubble wrap, sturdy boxes, and additional packaging if necessary to protect your items during transit.

Shipping Costs:

  • ECONOMY Shipping (R99) This is a flat rate with delivery to your door in 4-5 days – SUBSIDIZED.
  • Own Courier. As soon as your order is ready for collection, we will email you our location details.
  • FREE Shipping for orders over R1000

Returns & Refunds:

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase! Here are the details regarding returns and refunds:

Non-Refundable Personalized Products: Please note that personalized products cannot be refunded or returned. We take great care in inspecting all personalized products before shipment to ensure they meet our quality standards.

Returns for Other Products: For non-personalized products, you have 7 business days from the date of receiving your order to lodge a complaint or request a return. Please email us at admin@divinedealz.co.za with the following information:

  • Photos of the product
  • Description of the defect or issue
  • Your order details (order number, name, etc.)

Return Approval: After receiving the necessary information, we will thoroughly investigate the issue. Please note that each product is thoroughly inspected, and images of both the product and packaging are taken before shipping to ensure it leaves our facility in perfect condition. If the product is found to be defective due to our error, we will provide you with the return address. Customers are responsible for the return courier fees.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed once we’ve received the returned item and verified the issue. We will notify you via email once your return is processed.
