7. Returns and Refunds
For non-personalized products, we offer a 7-day return window from the date of receiving your order. If the product is defective or incorrect, please contact us at admin@divinedealz.co.za with the necessary details (photos, description of the issue, order details). Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, and refunds are processed after we receive the returned item and verify the issue.
Personalized products are not eligible for returns or refunds unless there is an issue with the product from our side. We thoroughly inspect all products and take images before shipping to ensure the highest quality standards.
8. Shipping and Delivery
We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Once an order is received, please allow 3–4 business days for processing and preparation. After your order has been processed, we will provide you with a tracking number, and delivery via courier typically takes up to 4 business days.
For our genuine leather products, each item is made to order to ensure quality and craftsmanship. Production begins only after your order is placed, and it can take up to 10–14 days to complete. We will always do our best to have your item ready sooner whenever possible.
For special events or time-sensitive orders, we highly recommend placing your order at least 2 weeks in advance to accommodate potential courier or stock delays.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Divine Dealz will not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising from the use of our products or services, including any loss of data, profit, or business interruption.
